Vo2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the vo2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the vo2 platform at vo2.im, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use vo2's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and vo2 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version.
The vo2 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from participating in online betting activities. By registering, you confirm that you fully meet these requirements.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on vo2. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. vo2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account validity. Accounts found to be using false or invalid information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. vo2 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. All activity that occurs on your account is considered authorised by you unless reported otherwise.
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including manipulating game outcomes or abusing bonuses.
- Uploading or distributing harmful, defamatory or copyright-infringing content through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
All financial transactions on the vo2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets and other digital payment options available in Malaysia.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the policies set from time to time and can be reviewed in the user account section. vo2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification to ensure transaction security and prevent money laundering.
Any bonuses, free credits or promotions offered are subject to their specific bonus terms and conditions, including minimum wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Misuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system may result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and account closure.
For all transaction-related disputes, users must contact the vo2 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Vo2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and vo2 does not guarantee any winnings or returns.
All content on the vo2 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the exclusive property of vo2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written permission from vo2.
The vo2 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. vo2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Account Suspension, Closure and Amendments to Terms
Vo2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes that are unlawful under Malaysian law.
Users also have the right to voluntarily close their own account by contacting the vo2 support team. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to required verification.
Vo2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
